Status of Casino Business in North America and History of American Casino
Among three countries which focus most in casino business North America has most number of casinos in any continent.
When Europeans moved to Americas in 18-19th century, casino became
more active in the region.
In 1930s the US was experiencing Great Depression and it lead to legalization of casino business around Las Vegas as a breakthrough in economic crisis.
Casinos were fostered and vitalized during that period and by 2009 except for few states
there are 1,246 casinos operating all over the US.
When you look at the list of casinos, you can easily point out Las Vegas as the center of American casino.
It is also hailed as the best gambling area not only in US but also recognized by world wide gamblers as a place of yearning.
Other cities popular for casino sites are Atlantic City, Biloxi, Reno, while Mississippi and Louisiana is growing as golf and gaming area.
Both California and Colorado are climbing the ladder and in particular

Also casino business in Illinois and Indiana are flourishing as time passes,
and Pennsylvania is another growing newcomer.
In Canada casino and gambling industries are growing fast.
